Antarctica is turning green

Antarctica is getting greener every year. The cause is – climate change.

Researchers have found that the moss on Antarctica is growing three times faster than previously measured, making the coastline look greener. Their measurements is made on a 600 km long moss bank and can give a long time perspective on climate change.
