Six short information films will be one step to make the Nordic Council of Ministers more equal and inclusive.
The Department for Culture and Resources at The Nordic Council of Ministers is responsible for the development of all efforts for mainstreaming the organisation. That is the basis for a new introductory course of two hours made for co-workers at the NMR (Nordic Council of Ministers) secretariat, institutions and cooperating bodies. The contents will be sustainability, equality and inclusion of children and young people.
The course will be built on six short videos describing different situations that employees in the Nordic cooperation can end up in. Each video will mirror a situation where we have a concrete opportunity to integrate the three cross-cutting perspectives and raise the level of ambition towards the Nordic vision and towards better inclusion.
The SNS head of the secretariat Jonas Rönnberg will participate in one of the videos. He will talk about how SNS works towards gender equality in a sector with a heavy male dominance and how we include young people in our networks and every day work.
